Things to Bring for Sight Seeing/ Trekking

•SUNBLOCK - always have and apply a sunblock whenever your touring SAGADA.

•Hiking Shoes or Sandals -  It's all about hiking and trekking. Rough Terrain is not made for your pleasure but for adventure

•FOOD and WATER - this is to refuel your body

•WALKING STICK - it would be very nice, comfortable and very helpful if you secure yourself a third foot.

•HAT - even if its cold in SAGADA, the sun still stings you with its rays, so have something to protect your head and skin.

•JOGGING PANTS / LONG PANTS - short pants are for caving, but for hiking, its a different story. you need to protect your lower body from getting scratched and sliced by grass and ferns.


Things to Bring for Spelunking / Cave Connection

•SHORT PANTS/ Tights - for easier movement and to avoid scratches on skin

•SLIPPERS -  Slippers is the best gear for spelunking and cave connection

•GLOVES - If you don't want to touch those Guano (Bat shit), bring a water proof glove to protect your hands from those slimy, sticky things.

•CAMERA - The Greatest Souvenir you could get in SAGADA are photos proving that you made it to the place. Should come along with a water proof container ex. cellophane, plastic bag, etc..

•Pain reliever tablet - to help sooth your body from aches and all after all those strenuous activities

Neozep tablet - sagada has a low temperature, it is likely that a person from the low lands would catch colds.
